Samantha is a Miami-Native with experience litigating in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining MRP, Samantha clerked for the Honorable Lauren F. Louis, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Florida. Samantha was also a litigator at a prominent boutique law firm in Miami, Florida.
Samantha graduated from Florida International University College of Law. There, she worked as a research assistant to Professor Kerri Stone and was Executive Articles Editor of the FIU Law Review. Samantha was selected to compete for FIU Law’s trial and moot court teams. Samantha was awarded the Outstanding Orator Award at the National Online Moot Court Competition. Samantha graduated cum laude and was honored with the Law Review Service Award, the Moot Court Outstanding Oratory Skills Award, and the Pro Bono service award.
Samantha earned her undergraduate degree from the George Washington University, where she was a Presidential Scholar of the Arts and recipient of the Elsie M. Carper Prize for outstanding research thesis in the field of American Studies.
